Yes, everything at My Free Clinic is completely free of charge. There are no consultation fees, no hidden costs, and no insurance required. We are self-funded and volunteer-run, which means you will never receive a bill. Our only goal is to ensure you get the care you need, regardless of your financial situation.
No appointment is needed. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so you are welcome to walk in during clinic hours. We are open every other Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 1N264 Ridgeland Ave, West Chicago, IL. We recommend arriving early, as availability can fill up quickly.
No insurance or referral is required. We welcome everyone, insured, uninsured, or underinsured, regardless of immigration status, income, or background. We believe quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege, and we are committed to making that a reality for our community.
We offer four core services completely free of charge: Annual Physical Examinations, Primary Care Services, Psychiatric Services, and Medication Management. We do not currently provide laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, or surgical procedures, but we are happy to refer you to appropriate resources when needed.
